Food Processing Skids

 

The CAI designed and fabricated Food Processing Skid shown in photos above was built for a processing plant in Madeira, California. The system contains heat evaporator coils that pressurize to form the concentrate for grape juice.

The skid is equipped with an evaporator which can process 100 tons of evaporated steam per hour. It is completely packaged with a base frame, piping, instrument, electrical wiring and PLC control panel.
